"Civilization 6" will allow multiple leaders to represent the same civilizations. The confirmation reportedly came from lead designer Ed Beach, who earlier teased the idea.
"Civilization 6" players of the upcoming 4X strategy game may have different civilizations even in different locations, enabling manipulation of each leader's strengths if necessary. In addition, Gorgo also vouches for Greece, as an alternative to Pericles, by offering players that seem to be a uniquely strange play style to her compatriot.
In "Civilization 6" trailer, it would be noted that the players will want to focus on the strong culture game of Greece, when playing Greece under Pericles. Gorgo also enables the players to act more aggressively when they go to battle, and that they will want to destroy completely the enemy's army to use skills to an utmost. In return, success will depend upon the player's understanding of when to proceed to war and when to find peace. However, it appears that Gorgo is more disposed to pursue war.
Being Gorgo, the capital city would be Sparta, which is against Pericles' Athens, as her distinct ability is reportedly the culture boost-emphasized Thermopylae. With the game's Your Shield or Or It signifies the leader's agenda that in essence would mean never giving up items during peace negotiations. "Civilization 6" is set to release on Friday, Oct. 21, PC Gamer reported.
Meanwhile "Civilization 6" associate producer Sarah Darney, along with her team, was able to find a way to improve the 4X game, which will be evident on its upcoming release date. As confirmed by Darney, the game will also fix some issues like the series-long niggles and would rebalance the legacy mechanics in order to have new ones.
"Civilization 6" also welcomes the return of Religious victories, which means the players are expected to spend much of their time experimenting with religious tactics. Darney reveals that the chance of hitting religious victory depends on the player's aggressiveness and how they perform the game, PC Games reported.
