Rovio's 'Angry Birds' started out on smart phones but it long ago branched out to include console versions, stuffed animals, a cartoon and a movie. Next it's coming to an arcade machine near you. If we're lucky it will also be on the new Samsung Galaxy S4 when it releases later this week.
Dream Arcades, which makes arcade machines for home use, is making both "Angry Birds" and ZeptoLab's "Cut the Rope" available, reports Venture Beat. While there's no word on release date I hope this signals a move of more smartphone games getting the arcade cabinet treat. Games like "Punchquest," "Block Fortress" and "Super Crate Box" would all be excellent in stand-up form.
