Fans are now waiting for the unfolding of the Reyburn family secret in the TV series "Bloodline" Season 3. The TV series, which is produced by Sony Pictures Television is expected to air in March or May 2017.
Although "Bloodline" Season 3 is still a long wait, and a lot of viewers showed their support for Season 2, there are reports circling online that Season 3 will be the last for the Reyburn family. Following the story of "Bloodline", the Reyburn family is bonded in the most special way wherein siblings try to protect their family secret, Gamenguide reports.
It reported by Variety that there will be no more Season 4 for the "Bloodline" TV series. With two Emmy nominations, it is unlikely that the TV series will suddenly be cancelled. Fans will be disappointed to know that the series will only have 10 episodes for Season 3.
The producers, Todd Kessler, Daniel Zelman, and Glenn Kessler have originally planned to extend "Bloodline" for 6 more seasons, however, Netflix is cancelling the TV series' renewal. Although there are no valid reports on the reason of Netflix for the cancellation, it is reported by Cinema Blend that tensions between Netflix and Sony Pictures have risen over money. For Season 1 and 2, "Bloodline" was shot in Florida, with a low cost due to the entertainment tax incentive given to the series.
With the termination of the Florida tax incentive, the cost is too great for the show to move forward. In the meantime, fans will be happy to know that "Bloodline" Season 3 will definitely be back next year for another thrilling story.
