"Red Dead Redemption 2" is yet to show itself to the public, but the lack of information seemingly has not stopped fans from making guesses on what could happen to the second installment. Furthermore, there are those that look to see past the story, but the gameplay as well.
Rockstar Games has continued to stay quiet regarding the release of their games, most specifically the second installments and further. One of the hotter topics is that of the "Red Dead Redemption 2" title, which up to this point has stayed mysterious.
According to reports, "Red Dead Redemption 2" has been surrounded by simple and complex speculations such as the potential plot of the game no longer taking place in the West, but presumably the entire United States. As such, it is yet to be confirmed, but given that the plot once took place in the West, the contradictory idea is one that may be considered.
As great as the said suggestion may sound, other reports claim that "Red Dead Redemption 2" could stay on the trail of the original, further continuing the Western saga all throughout. Such would potentially correspond to what the maps will be like, though no certainty can be taken out of it just yet.
Gamenguide noted that a tendency for "Red Dead Redemption 2" to have a multiplayer mode has been leaked, which could more than attract the array of gamers to get hooked even more. Such theory also links to the past rumor of having more than just one protagonist, which at one point has become a prominent speculation.
Lastly, perhaps the most noted rumor to date would be naming the particular sequel, which in more than one occasion was declared as "Legends of the West." This is yet to be confirmed by Rockstar Games as well-as it could be the title of another game entirely if not "Red Dead Redemption 2."
Admirably, Rockstar Games has been known to be quite discreet with their surprises and no one knows as to when the next announcement will take place. Nonetheless, "Red Dead Redemption 2" is one of the most wanted titles to date.
