"Valkyria: Azure Revolution" has just made the battle demo version 2.0 accessible through the Japanese PlayStation Store but not everyone can play it yet. Sega's role-playing video game demo version 2.0 is only available to those who already had the version 1.0.
Other players who can have access to the "Valkyria: Azure Revolution" battle demo version 2.0 are those who were able to play at the Tokyo Game Show 2016 and were able to download a code. For those interested to gain access, it may not be too late to participate in the singing of Jutland Kingdom's national anthem in Shinjuku, or in other events in five different cities in Japan.
But what do players expect of the new "Valkyria: Azure Revolution?" Sega has shared some interesting screenshots according to some reports. An image of the anti-Valkyria unit headquarters looks impeccable but cold. Known also as the Vanargand, this military headquarters will serve as the base where players get their missions. This is also the place where gamers can organize their four-person party.
In "Valkyria: Azure Revolution" battle demo version 2.0, there will be three missions that gamers can engage in and play as many times as they like. These three are "Base Assault Mission on the Imperial Road," "Grohtsen Recapture Strategy," and lastly the "Defeat Valkyria Mission." The first mission was playable at the recent Tokyo Game Show.
Twitter has launched a voice actor guessing campaign for "Valkyria: Azure Revolution" in Japan. Gamers have to guess who is the voice behind the excerpt that features Blum and Helena by tweeting a Japanese hashtag. Sega will announce the name of the voice actors on Oct 21. For those who guessed correctly, the game developer will choose by lottery who can win an autographed card from the voice actors.
"Valkyria: Azure Revolution" will be released on January 19 in Japan for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita.
