The upcoming development and release of "Red Dead Redemption 2" have been making a lot of buzz across the Internet for quite some time now. For the last few years, the sequel of the popular open world, western action-adventure video game has been a favorite subject of numerous reports and speculations. Although game developer Rockstart Games and its parent company Take-Two Interactive have yet to provide concrete details about the upcoming title, reports are starting to emerge that it will arrive during the first quarter of 2017.
According to the report, "Red Dead Redemption 2" will be launched by Rockstar Games in February next year. If rumors prove to be true, the game developer may have already started the development of the highly anticipated game title. During this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3, video game fanatics were expecting the second installment of the "Red Dead Redemption" franchise to be announced; that did not happen.
At the recent Sony's PlayStation event, industry observers were hoping that Rockstar Games will provide significant information with regard to the development and release of "Red Dead Redemption 2." Obviously, that did not happen and fans were left disappointed and wondered when the game will finally arrive. Despite the recent disappointment, fans are positive that it is only a matter of time before Rockstar Games makes an official announcement about the upcoming title.
Meanwhile, there are speculations suggesting that Take-Two Interactive had planned to delay the release of "Red Dead Redemption 2." According to reports, the company will most likely make a big release after the launching of two new gaming consoles. Sony is expected to release its new PlayStation 4 Pro next month, while Microsoft is already planning for a 2017 release of its next generation gaming system, Xbox Project Scorpio.
If rumors prove to be true, a 2017 release of "Red Dead Redemption 2" will most likely happen. Stay tuned for more news and update about the much-awaited game title.
