Emily Deschanel disclosed during the "Bones" Season 12 Comic Con 2016 that she had been doing the preparations for the final series. All the casts are also ready in their respective roles to play. Deschanel also exposed that the last season premiere will be a continuation of the 20 minutes season 11 finale.
Looking backward on season 11, David Boreanaz did a wonderful job as director of the finale, which have David and Emily's kids as guests stars. "Bones" Season 12, which will be crafted as the best one ever made will premiere in January 2017.
