iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 7's recent announcement have raised two important concerns for the public: whether to purchase the new models; or to stay with the iPhone 6s and look forward the 10th Anniversary iPhone in 2017.
The iPhone 7 models have the similar shape and size with iPhone 6s Plus and 6s, but the new iPhones are reportedly a bit lighter compared to its older versions. Also, the phone's horizontal antenna band on its back has been taken away and the camera bump is already molded out of the similar piece of aluminum like the other chassis.
With the removal of the 3.5 mm headphone port, the two new iPhones come with a speaker grill on the two sides of the lightning connector, where the older version had a headphone jack. However, only the right one gives sound, though, since the other one hides the microphone, and the second stereo speaker kept on the earpiece speaker.
iPhone 7 is packed in a 4.7-inch screen, while 7 Plus has a 5'5-inch display, similar to iPhone 6s' size. The new smartphone is also bigger of the two, having a 20 mm height as an advantage, which is nearly 11 mm wider profile and slightly thicker in built. Also, iPhone 7 has a 14.5 percent larger battery compared to iPhone 6s, while iPhone 7 plus has only 5.5 percent increase from the older Plus version, Tab Times reported.
Meanwhile, iPhone 7 may still be availed, despite reports that the new Apple phone is already sold out at several Apple stores. With pre-orders being sold out fast in the UK and US, some consumers are expected to find ways to update their phones without having to wait longer.
Finding the 5.5-inch iPhone 7 Jet Black or iPhone 7 Plus in stock may not be over yet, as few clever ways have been figured out by some consumers to increase the likelihood of getting the elusive Apple mobile device, Tech Radar reported.
