iPhone 7 has recently been released last Sept. 7. Apple is reportedly aiming to push its own financing options to increase sales. The tech giant is said to provide easy finance options to purchase the new iPhone 7. Other carriers also offer deals and trade-ins to get the latest phone.
Apple is expected to check the buyer's credit history before granting an approval, The Verge reported. Additionally, the major trade-in deals for iPhone 7 are being offered by Verizon, AT&T and Sprint. Customers can opt to trade-in an old iPhone 6, 6 Plus, iPhone 6s or 6s Plus to get a 32GB iPhone 7 model. Interestingly, the trading option for the iPhone 6 and its variants also provide deals to trade for other smartphones.
For instance, T-Mobile allows the trade-in of an iPhone 5, 5s,5c or an SE with a $399.99 credit for a new iPhone 7. Meanwhile, Verizon also gives a $300 credit for the iPhone 4 along with Android devices like Samsung Note 5, Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, LG G4, V10, HTC One M8, Droid Maxx and Turbo trade-ins. Major carriers in UK also provide deals, trade-ins and cash back offers that will cut down £599 price of an iPhone 7 to £115.
Vodafone is also offering cashback of up to £115.50 with offers for a 32GB iPhone 7. 3 Mobile offers a cashback of up to £123.90, EE for up to £97.65, the Carphone Warehouse up to £68.25 and £120 for BT Mobile.
Interestingly, major carriers like Tesco are also offering various monthly offers to get the iPhone 7. Tesco deals start with a £37.25 monthly fee, 5,000-mins. calls, 5,000 texts, 3GB data, and 24-month contract without upfront cost. Vodafone also offers the iPhone 7 for £52 monthly fee with additional offers like 6GB of 4G UK data, unlimited calls and texts in UK and 500MB inclusive roaming data with £50 upfront cost.
The iPhone 7 with a 32GB internal storage can be purchased in the Apple store for $649. However rumor has it that the handset costs only $219 to make with an additional $5 for manufacturing costs, Business Wire reported.
