OnePlus 4 is rumored to be in the works following the positive feedback of OnePlus 3 release. With speculations that the new device will be released mid-2017, rumors also claim that it has better features than Apple's new iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 7.
The new OnePlus 4 is believed to come with bigger RAM capabilities, built-in storage and other improved features compared to its predecessor. It is also rumored to feature 8GB of RAM with 256 of external storage via microSD card, while OnePlus 3 only has 6GB of RAM with a built-in storage of 64GB.
OnePlus 4 is expected to run a Snapdragon 830 processor, while the OnePlus 3 device is run by Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 processor.
Moreover, the OnePlus 4 camera is believed to have 21MP up to 23MP rear-facing camera, contrary to the 16MP sensor, which is being offered by OnePlus 3. Also OnePlus 4 will likely be rolling out with an Android Nougat, while OnePlus 3 is run by Marshmallow. In addition to this, the upcoming device is also rumored to feature an Optic AMOLED Display.
OnePlus 4 is rumored to be released in the tech market by early or mid 2017. There are speculations that the new smartphone will be priced at around $400, HNGN reported.
OnePlus 4 is expected to be a strong rival for the recently released iPhone 7, Android Headlines reported. Meanwhile, there are some speculations suggesting that the new OnePlus 4's resolution is likely to have the same as that of its predecessor, which is a Full HD.
However, reports indicate that there are still no details confirming the phone's screen size, battery life or even the screen resolution. Yet, new features like Dash Change is being rumored to make a comeback for OnePlus 4.
