Following the release of the new generation Apple iPhone smartphone, fans and critics are wondering what the next Apple release will be before the year ends. According to reports, there are possibilities that the Cupertino based company might launch the highly anticipated tablet, iPad Pro 2. There are speculations that the new iteration of the popular Apple tablet will arrive with MacBook Pro 2016 anytime during the fourth quarter of this year.
Despite the rampant rumors that Apple was going to launch the upcoming tablet along with the newly release iPhone 7 during the company's Sept. 7 event, the American tech giant failed to unveil the device. There are also speculations circulating all over the Internet suggesting that iPad Pro 2 might be delayed as Apple has decided to launch the tablet in the first quarter of 2017. If rumors prove to be true, the much awaited MacBook Pro 2016 might also be delayed next year.
According to reports, the new iPad Pro 2 will arrive in three variants, in which all will come with impressive specs and features. All three models will differ in screen sizes and some of the specifications under the hood.
The base model of the new iPad Pro 2 tablet will carry a 9.7-inch screen and will be powered by an A9X chipset. The two higher end models will arrive in 10.5-inch and 12.9-inch screens. Both variants will also run on a much powerful A10X processor and an advanced graphics technology. In addition to its top-tier specs, the new tablet will also come with an all new Apple Pencil, which is said to be more advanced than its predecessor.
Meanwhile, there are also reports saying that Apple might ditch the traditional 3.5mm audio jack on the next iPad Pro 2. Just like the new iPhone 7, the upcoming tablet will sport a new headphone jack. Stay tuned for more news and updates about the new iPad Pro 2.
