Second Title Update Coming to Resident Evil 6 Next Week

Capcom is reporting that the second title update for Resident Evil 6 is on the way, set to arrive next week.

As detailed before, the second title update brings a number of changes, most notably, the ability for new players to play the game's Agent Hunt mode before beating the game. You can check out al ist of more changes below:

Agent Hunt Mode
Selectable criteria for joining a session
- Stage selection
- Region selection
- Players can determine whether to join a session based on campaign player's settings such as infinite ammo or friendly fire setting

Stage selection
- Individual stages within chapters can be accessed at any time once completed

General
- QTE assist
- QTE assist is currently part of the Amateur difficulty level, and automatically completes QTEs for the player. With this update, players can optionally activate QTE assist on any difficulty level.
- Adjustments - Some sections of the game have had their difficulty adjusted to provide an improved experience

The first title update to the game gave gamers the ability, made Ada Wong's campaign unlocked from the start, as well as provide an optional player-controlled or co-op partner added, and added the "No Hope" difficulty level to existing levels, for players who want an extreme challenge.

The second title update is expected to arrive Jan. 22, and is applied once players log into the game.
