The ALDC (Abby Lee Dance Company) coach is expected to face jail time and penalty in November after pleading guilty to 20 counts of fraud in June. There were many speculations saying that "Dance Moms" season 7 may not air given that Miller is expected to face jail time for 30 months, per Radar Online. However, the online publication exclusively confirmed that "Dance Moms" season 7 will push through along with Miller. Nia Sioux's manager Lesly Brander exclusively revealed that filming already started. Although, the rest of season 7 remains a mystery, the manager added.
While this is good news for most fans, the other news may bring dread to some. Cathy Nesbitt-Stein recently confirmed that she'll be returning to "Dance Moms" season 7 along with her Candy Apples. The news comes on the heels of dumping Abby Miller's mini dancers.

However, Lifetime producers made a decision to sack the mini dancers while in the middle of filming "Dance Moms" season 7, Blasting News reported. Miller took to Twitter her disappointment but none of the dancer have made a statement so far. However, there seems to be a greater problem ahead. Cathy Nesbitt-Stein, the owner of the Candy Apples Dance Studio is about to face her long-time nemesis.
