With the rate of "Pokemon GO" players dripping down every day, Niantic Labs has a ton of tricks or trump cards on its sleeve to keep interested. One of those is the Player vs. Player feature that many have been requesting already in the past months.
'Pokemon GO' PvP
On the animated series of "Pokemon GO," trainers can seem to battle out any time they want to. Use Pokemon to prove who is the better Pokemon trainer. That feature as we all know is missing in "Pokemon GO." In order to make "Pokemon GO" mimic the real world or transverse the anime series into reality is to add this feature into the game.
Niantic CEO John Hanke expressed his interest and their future plans to implement such feature in "Pokemon GO." "Battling is something we talk a lot about, and will probably make its way into the roadmap but I don't have a specific date for you," John Hanke said during his interview with TechCrunch for "Pokemon GO."
Legendary 'Pokemon GO' events!
Another that's been thrown at the "Pokemon GO" developer is that when would Niantic add further Pokemon generations in "Pokemon GO." John Hanke didn't specifically gave any details or dates in regards to when Niantic is planning to spawn further types of Pokemon in "Pokemon GO" but he gave out some hints.
He said that it was always the point of Niantic to introduce new Pokemon into "Pokemon GO" through time. He also added that there are also specific Pokemon that are "highly coveted" and drive people into "Pokemon GO."
Niantic CEO said a glaring statement for "Pokemon GO," "The introduction of new Pokemon into the world and having events where that might be showcased, you know those concepts go together really well.
Niantic does seem to be playing their cards well in slowly but surely teasing and making sure that "Pokemon GO" will stay relevant in the long run and not just a one hit wonder. Stay tuned to Game & Guide for more "Pokemon GO" news!
