News of a feud between Queen Elizabeth and Duchess Cambridge have been a hot topic as of lately. News of strained relationship between the Queen and the Duchess were further fuelled when Carole Middleton came over to Balmoral estate. It appears that the Queen doesn't want to see the clingy mom of Kate.
The Balmoral Visit
With the Queen's urging, Kate Middleton and Prince William visited Balmoral estate but not without the clingy mom of the Duchess, Carole Middleton. Celeb Dirty Laundry reported that some royal observers believe that Kate Middleton refused to visit Queen Elizabeth's vast estate in Scotland without Carole. However, the parents of Kate were left with no choice but to appease the queen after their daughter failed to appear in several royal engagements.
She and husband Michael Middleton were spotted spending time with the queen at Balmoral, People reported. Carole and Michael even attended Sunday service at nearby Craithe church along with the royals. Long-standing speculations say that the Queen isn't entirely fond of Carole and the whole Middleton family. Since Kate married Prince William in 2011, the Middleton family had been constantly making headlines in tabloids.
The Middleton Family
Carole Middleton was described as a clingy London social climber by the website. Along with her two other children, the Middleton's have been struggling to fit in the celebrity world and the royals. Carole particularly was reported to demand celebrity treatment and paparazzi attention everywhere.
The presence of Carole and Michael at the Balmoral estate doesn't mean that the Queen has already accepted them with open arms. This could only mean that Kate Middleton's relationship with the royals has gotten so worse that her parents had to intervene, CDL explained. However, how long will Queen Elizabeth put up with Kate Middleton's failing marriage? Sound off in the comment box below.
