"Star Wars Battlefront: Death Star" DLC, the third and final mission, is said to allow players to relive the first Star Wars space battle. Players are expected to assume the role of Luke Skywalker flying an X-Wing or Darth Vader with a TIE Advanced fighter. Players can also reportedly either blow up the Death Star or save it.
"Star Wars Battlefront" is expected to receive the new Death Star DLC which is said to feature a new mode with several new playable characters. Developer EA Dice recently unveiled the sample of the Battle Station mode from the new DLC which was divided into three sections, Gotta be Mobile reported.
Since the new mode for the "Star Wars Battlefront" was divided into three sections, each section is said to have three different objectives as well. The first objective purportedly requires the player to fly into space and pass through a Star Destroyer's defenses. Rebels are expected to A-wings and X-Wings to battle it out with the Imperial TIE Interceptors and Fighters.
The second objective reportedly requires players to extract a very important droid from inside the Death Star in "Star Wars Battlefront." It seems that the rebel forces were able to get inside the Imperial space station. Additionally, players are suggested to finally have the chance to play two new playable characters Chewbacca and Bossk, Geeky Gadgets reported.
While EA Dice already announced that the "Star Wars Battlefront: Death Star" DLC will be arriving this Sept., the game developer neglected to reveal the exact release date. However, reports claimed that "Star Wars Battlefront" season pass holders will have the opportunity to get their hands on the DLC two weeks before its release.
"Star Wars Battlefront: Death Star" DLC is expected to arrive with Star Cards and Blasters. EA Dice also promised to give out more details about the DLC in the coming days. "Star Wars Battlefront" will available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Origin PC.
