While they have lost plenty of advertisement deals and their primary source of income, the family appears to be doing well per Inquistr. Several online groups created for the sole purpose to lambast the "19 Kids & Counting" clan are responsible for putting the Duggar brand forward according to the report. The Duggar family continues to attract haters with their strong resistance towards homosexuality, the way they hid their sexual transgressions despite being Christians and so much more. While these followers cannot be considered as their fans, these people continue to feed the Duggar publicity.
While it is true that a follower is as good as one viewer for their show regardless of their intention, there's still the problem of advertisers pulling out. Per Parent Herald, four more advertisers pulled out from the "19 Kids & Counting" spinoff series entitled "Jill & Jessa: Counting On." With this, the show might probably cancel sooner or later.
