The "Xbox One backwards compatibility" feature has been quiet in the past few weeks. And by saying quiet, we meant the absence of triple A games, joining the feature. Now, it looks like something big, is about to arrive in the feature.
As previously reported by GameNGuide, "BioShock: The Collection" is coming soon and those who previously owned "BioShock" on Steam will automatically find it on the console store. It is possible, given how Microsoft previously promised the "BioShock" series on the "Xbox One backwards compatibility" feature.
Unfortunately, that's all there is to the "BioShock" series, possibly arriving on the backwards compatible feature. Meanwhile, new titles did arrive for the Microsoft feature and they include "Arkanoid Live!," "Bayonetta" and "de Blob 2."
Another title that remain elusive in the "Xbox One backwards compatibility" feature, is "Skate 3," that is alongside the expected, "BioShock: The Collection." Other titles that arrived on the feature also include "Call of Duty: Black Ops," "Bloodforge," "Red Dead Redemption" and "QIX ++."
As the feature aims to integrate Xbox 360 games on the Xbox One console, comes the Xbox One S. Although, limited news has been said about the "Xbox one backwards compatibility" on the Xbox One S, it looks like, everyone is moving on to the Project Scorpio, said to compete with the recently launched PS4 Pro.
Meanwhile, you can always check on the Xbox One backwards compatibility list to make sure you're not missing the latest title that arrived on the feature. For this week and the rest of September, join us in following the progress of "BioShock: The Collection," coming to the backwards compatibility feature.
Meanwhile, you can also check on the "BioShock: The Collection" system requirement to make sure, your console is ready when the title arrives on the Microsoft feature.
