‘The Flash’ Season 3 Air Date, Spoilers, News & Update: How Much Vibes Will Cisco Unleash?

“The Flash” season 3 is a month away as most await the repercussions of Barry Allen’s actions towards the end of season 2. “Barry/Flash” (Grant Gustin) saved his mother in the season 2 finale which will expectedly alter timelines. A trailer was already shown on what to expect though there is, of course, more in store.

Barry’s parents will be alive but his friends may not recall him once “The Flash” season 3 gets going. That includes “Joe West” (Jesse L. Martin), “Iris” (Candice Patton), “Cailin” (Danielle Panabaker) and “Cisco” (Carlos Valdes).

Missing from the trailer was “Harrison Wells” (Tom Cavanagh) who went back to Earth-2 with her daughter “Jesse” (Violett Beane). “Wally West” (Keiynan Lonsdale) will show off as “Kid Flash”, probably the only superhero confirmed for now (aside from Barry) in the altered timeline. How about Cisco?

Will Cisco Vibe Up?

Everyone knows that Cisco had powers that are referred to as ‘vibe’. He inherited them with the original particle accelerator explosion in the original timeline so it will be interesting how the altered timeline version will turn out.

When “The Flash” season 3 opens, we already got a glimpse of Cisco being the most successful man in Central City. But that doesn't mean he will any longer have any powers. In fact, he may have one in secrecy, the same way that Wells did it during season 1.

Seeing that may take some time with Cisco focusing more on making millions with his empire called ‘Ramon Industries’, Collider reported. That plus a new attitude could mean that any vibe powers may take some time before they are used by Cisco once again.

The thing is, “The Flash” season 3 will need a lot of getting used to with the season theme about ‘power’. Could Cisco end up following the plight of Wells?

A lot of that could be directed right from the very first episode of “The Flash” season 3. The ‘speedster’ officially returns on Oct. 4 on CW, kicking off the premiere of other shows as well like “Arrow” season 5 (Oct. 5), “Supergirl” season 2 (Oct. 10), and “Legends of Tomorrow” season 2 (Oct. 13).
