"Fast 8" may have action packed within it once it launches. However, there seemingly are still some issues that need to be addressed regarding the film's workplace; namely the alleged heat between two of its biggest stars.
The supposed "Fast 8" surely has some promises to live up to, coming from a rather strong, influential success that the seventh film established. This may be quite hard to do as of the moment, since an alleged clash between its two leads Vin Diesel and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson seemed to not mellow down.
The feud between Diesel and Johnson have taken social media by storm, especially with Johnson referring to the male co-stars as "candy asses." Sadly, there are some who already went on to take their sides of the feud, including Tyrese Gibson that seemingly went alongside Diesel.
The same thing goes for Johnson, who commended the female actresses for being professional while on the set of "Fast 8." As per Daily Mail, however, Diesel did the same thing and appraised Johnson for standing out in the said film, even adding that the actor "shined" for the film.
Though not directed straight at Diesel, speculations have spurred based on The Rock's rant about unprofessional conduct on-set. The issues surrounding the "Fast 8" title is said to be caused by Diesel's tardiness that lasts within the ranges of thirty minutes to an hour, most often while simply being inside his trailer.
Unusually, the casted "Fast 8" star Scott Eastwood claimed otherwise in terms of clashes. The actor said that he didn't notice any tension at all while on set, even gathering together for barbecues, US Magazine reports.
It was said that Diesel wanted to clear things out with his "Fast 8" co-star, but none seemed to come out from the plan. The Rock, however, may still be throwing in some more wood into the fire as his recent social media post did not include Diesel at all.
The Luke Hobbs actor announced recently that he only one had one week remaining for his "Fast 8" shooting and felt the affection that his co-stars and staff have given. Nonetheless, the off-cam conflict may be insinuating even further as the movie travels towards its April 14, 2017 release.
