Two gaming platforms, mainly the PS Vita and PlayStation 4 will receive SEGA's handheld game entitled "Valkyria: Azure Revolution". According to reports, the PS Vita version of the game is a bit cheaper from its console counterpart; nevertheless, it contain the same features.
The tactics-based game "Valkyria: Azure Revolution" follows the release of titles mainly "Valkyria: Chronicles 3" for the PS3 platform and "Valkyria Chronicles 2" for the PlayStation Portable. This coming September, SEGA is all set to release a second video demo, after the first one fails to impress fans.
According to the Movie News Guide, the new demo concentrates on the game's combat style. With the "Valkyria: Azure Revolution" being announced ahead of time, it's surprising how they only confirmed its presence on the handheld device; PS Vita.
In November 2015, a trademark for the title was filed for its Japanese and English counterpart. Despite that, its Western release remain bleak as no details about its US launch was said. Under Valkyria are the titles, "Valkyria: Chronicles," "Valkyria" Chronicles II," "Valkyria: Chronicles Duel," "Valkyria: Chronicles III" and "Valkyria: Azure revolution." The series from SEGA is set launch on January 19, 2017 under the two aforementioned platforms.
"Valkyria: Azure Revolution" takes place in the Jutland where Rus, a military power takes charge of the whole region. While the Rus try to strengthen its force using the Ragnite, Jutland rebels plan on attacking the military base.
The role of the player is to act as an anti Valkyria headed by Amleth. There are no other details about "Valkyria: Azure Revolution's" gameplay, but its YouTube trailer which you can view here tells something on what to expect about the game.
