"The Young and the Restless" is getting more intense as Adam Newman escapes from jail again. The episode that will air on Aug. 29 will also feature the tumultuous relationship of Summer Newman and Luca Santori which left the viewers asking whether the two's plan to get married will actually push through.
Moreover, as the Genoa City dwellers face trying times, shocking revelations are expected to unfold in "The Young and the Restless." The serious atmosphere will probably lead to some twists in the story but whatever will happen next, it would surely be something big.
Adam and Nick
Other highlights of the upcoming episode of "The Young and the Restless" include Adam being sentenced to new jail term following his guilty plea to harming a prison guard. And since Adam obviously needs to be away from his family, he requested for his half-brother Nick Newman to care for his son Connor and treat him like his own child. Nick will agree to care for Connor and co-parent him with Adam's wife Chelsea Lawson.
Victoria and Travis
Victoria and Travis display some level of intimacy as their relationship gets hotter than ever. In one scene, Billy unknowingly walk in to a room where Victoria and Travis are in a romantic mood and about to engage in something deeper. Of course, the embarrassing moment created awkwardness between the three and Travis accused Billy of still being in love with Victoria.
Kevin and Chloe
Elsewhere on "The Young and the Restless," Kevin and Chloe get friendlier with each other and it appears that they will have more sweet moments in the coming days. If they keep up with this kind of rapport and being in good terms, there is high chance that the two are getting back together. Besides, Kevin already expressed his intent on reconciling with Chloe and she seems to be open to the idea as well.
Lastly, "The Young and the Restless" will show Dylan ruining Chelsea and Adam's plan of running away as he discovered their escape route. Luca also threatened Summer and he was arrested after Travis revealed that he (Luca) was the man behind the Newman oil rig sabotage.
