In the past few weeks on "Days of Our Lives" (DOOL), several characters have been trying to uncover the person responsible for Tate's kidnapping. A lot of fans speculate that Kristen DiMera (Eileen Davidson) is the person who planned Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Theresa Donovan's (Jen Lilley) baby's abduction on "Days of Our Lives."
Inquistr wrote that Tate's kidnapping may have been planned by Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston). However, "Days of Our Lives" viewers dismissed him as a suspect after he showed genuine concern for his grandchild. On the other hand, Caroline Brady (Peggy McCay) had a vision that Victor was guilty. Caroline may know something about Victor or the latter may be keeping secrets, and showing concern only as a front.
In "Days of Our Lives," the abduction plan was flawed so everyone is still trying to locate the baby, armed only with a few clues. Without the culprit asking for ransom, the true reason behind the crime remains a mystery. Many believe that the taking may have been done for personal reasons. Some people may be trying to get back at Brady and Theresa or want to keep the baby for themselves.
MovieNewsGuide reported that, previously in 'Days of Our Lives," when Brady and Theresa found out that they had a son, they tried to get him back from Kristen DiMera. They struggled during the confrontation and Kristen ended up accidentally falling out of the window. Authorities declared her dead, although her body was never found. Now, "Days of Our Lives" fans believe that she survived the ordeal and returned to exact vengeance by kidnapping Tate.
Aside from their troubles looking for Tate, Brady and Theresa's relationship is also not doing well. The couple may end up cancelling their engagement if the problems prove more than they can handle.
In other "Days of Our Lives" baby stories, Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) also recently discovered that she is pregnant with Deimos Kiriakis' (Vincent Irizarry) child. Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will definitely be shocked and hurt by the pregnancy revelation. Meanwhile, Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) and Chad DiMera's (Billy Flynn) continue to battle for custody in court. "Days of Our Lives" airs on weekdays on NBC.
