'Grimm' Season 6 Air Date, Spoilers, News & Update: Tension Between Nick, Sean Will Continue? Will There Be A Season 7?

The continuation of "Grimm" Season 6 is about to unfold a lot of revelations that are surrounding Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) and Sean Renard (Sasha Roiz). Although Nick is trying his best to befriend Renard, there will still be a tension between the two.

Nick & Sean's Brawl

Fans believed that everything will be fine between Nick and Sean as the latter spared the life of the "Grimm" Season 6's protagonist when he killed the Black Claw leader Conrad (Shaun Toub) in the Season 5 finale. However, it seems the conflict between Nick and Sean will still remain whenever they are about to see each other, as per Movie News Guide.

There are also swirling assumptions that some from Nick's group are about to transfer to Sean's team. As a result, there's a possibility that Nick's secret will be spilled to the enemy that might cause him a lot of trouble. It looks like Sean is now really into the dark side and another mysterious character close to Nick is set to turn evil in "Grimm" Season 6.

Moreover, David Guintoli himself is about to direct the third episode of "Grimm" Season 6. In fact, Bitsie Tulloch, who plays the role of Juliette Silverton and his fiancé, recently shared a stolen snap of the 36-year-old actor as he was directing the show. "First day of filming @nbcgrimm Season 6! I don't start shooting until tomorrow but came to set to watch my man's first day directing. He's killing it!" the 35-year-old actress captioned the photo.

Will There Be 'Grimm' Season 7?

Meanwhile, "Grimm" Season 6 is reportedly the final chapter of the police procedural fantasy drama. The TV series is known to have 22 episodes, but today it only has 13. Hence, some deem it is a sign that it is on its way to its ending. However, in an interview with Oregon Live, NBC Entertainment chairman Robert Greenblatt hinted that there's a possibility for the coming of "Grimm" Season 7.

Robert Greenblatt admitted that they are not yet decided to do "Grimm" Season 7 as "Grimm" Season 6 only starts its production. "We haven't decided that yet, we've just started production. We've ordered 13 episodes - we may order more," the 56-year-old executive explained. NBC has yet to announce the official air date of "Grimm" Season 6.
