Epic Games also unveiled the Gears of War: Judgments cover art, which is pictured above. In a recent Q&A posted on Epic Games' blog, Art Director Chris Perna talked about creating the game's cover art and how the game's action oriented gameplay influenced the cover art.
"In the past we've portrayed Marcus in a somber pose on the cover. Since Gears of War: Judgment is a bit more action oriented we chose to go with something a little more action driven for the key art image. It still has a Gears feel and when you stand them up side by side with the rest of the covers, it fits in nicely."
Gears of War: Judgment was developed by both Epic Games and People Can Fly and is the fourth title within the Gears of War series. The game is a prequel to the original trilogy and will release on March 19, 2013 for the Xbox 360 in the United States with subsequent areas getting the game later.
