The voice actor who has played the video game character of Captain Price in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare games recently told the website This is Xbox that he will be reprising his role in yet to be announced Modern Warfare 4.
"Yeah, on Monday I am off to meet Infinity Ward about the next game, Modern Warfare 4." Murray told the site. "I'm doing work on the sequel to Modern Warfare 3, it carries straight on and I only ever appear in the Modern Warfare games."
GameSpot reported that Infinity Ward has updated its official Twitter feed with a denial of the news story.
"Interesting news today, but it's not true," said Infinity Ward reps. "We've not talked with any voice actors, so all news is speculation."
