Assassin's Creed 3 Gets Its Own Clothing Line

Fans of the popular video game Assassin's Creed have a reason to cheer about. Licensing company Musterbrand unveiled the official Assassin's Creed clothing line Thursday. The design was created in association with Ubisoft. The clothing line has 11 specially crafted pieces.

The game-inspired clothing range boasts of winter coats, long- and short-sleeved shirts, jackets and cardigans.

"This isn't your typical range of gaming merchandise," says Knut Bergel, CEO of Musterbrand, Electronictheatre reported. "Subtle, yet very much Assassin's Creed, this collection is our most extraordinary yet, and we can't wait to see it out there in the real world."

"Over the years, we've really raised the bar in terms of game-inspired clothing, like the games that inspired it, the Assassin's Creed Collection is something truly special."

The "DNA coat" is one of the most attractive and subtle pieces in the collection, reports suggested.

"Ubisoft is very proud of this partnership with Musterbrand, as we feel they perfectly managed to catch the essence of the Assassin's Creed brand to make this stunning apparel collection," said Virginie Sergent, Director Consumer Products at Ubisoft.

Prices for the Assassin's Creed clothing line start from $37 and range up to $261.

The creators of the clothing line currently ship only to Europe, Asia and Australia, Gameranx reported.

The colors incorporated into the pieces are white, gray and blue, which are also the popular colors in the game.

Musterbrand offers gamers a chance to buy video game-inspired clothing. Previously, the company launched a clothing line for Resident Evil, Metal Gear Solid, Street Fighter and Hitman.

The Assassin's Creed 3 clothing range will be released Oct. 30.
