"Five Nights at Freddy's" fans waiting for the brand new survival horror adventure can get a little more excited. "Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location," the new spin-off game in the popular franchise, is coming soon, and we've got the important info you need.
The "Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location" page on Steam is already up, and the spin-off is going to be set, as the title implies, at a related restaurant to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, Circus Baby's Pizza World. That means the deadly animatronics are going to be circus-themed and baby-themed, which are two pretty scary things by themselves. Going by the description posted on Steam, it seems as though the game will return to the security office-based gameplay of the early games, but as a late-night technician; seems like only the most hardened survival horror fans are going to be really okay with this.
If you want to play "Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location," you're going to be able to play it on Windows XP, a 2 GHz Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon, and 1 GB of RAM will suffice. However, recommended settings are later editions of Windows, 2 GB of RAM, and 2 GB available space. It's not a game that will demand a lot of resources from your PC, but it's best to be prepared with a lot of firepower nonetheless.
According to its Steam page, "Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location" is set to be released in October later this year, but without an exact date. The original rumored date for the game was October 28, possibly in anticipation for a big Halloween event, but it was reverted to a broader October targeted release for some reason. In any case, we'll bring you more updates on the game as we get them.
