Following news that Xbox One has dominated console sales last July, Microsoft has unveiled yet another tempting offer for gamers: a sweet $400-deal that would get you a 2TB Xbox One S with not one, but four additional games for absolutely free. The deal comes via Newegg's eBay page.
Gamespot reports that the 2TB Xbox One S deal features the games Ubisoft's "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege," "Tom Clancy's The Division," Konami's "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain," and Bethesda's "Dishonored Definitive Edition." Fans are encouraged to grab the amazing offer now, because it expires on Tuesday, August 16. Gamers can save upwards of $150, as the games and shipping come free.
The 2TB Xbox One S was released earlier this month, and te 1TB and 500GB versions will hit stores beginning August 23. Xbox One triumphed over Sony's PlayStation last month when it exceeded its competitor's sales. Meanwhile, PlayStation is looking to announce the Neo this coming September, so gamers should also watch out for that.
Meanwhile, Microsoft's Albert Penello spoke to Eurogamer earlier this month to talk about the XBox One S. He shared that because some fans of the console had requestedfor additional audio functionality such as bitstream support, the company is in fact looking at it as a "possible feature in a future update."
Penello also shared that the Xbox One S is designed with a 33% smaller SoC, which "onsumes less power than the 28nm SoC in the original Xbox One." This means better value for gamers who log in hours at a time for every game they play. It's energy efficient, without sacrificing quality.
Penello also shared some hardware details about the Xbox One S, so head over here to check out his full interview. Once you're convinced, get the 2TB Xbox One S deal over at Newegg's eBay, as it expires this Tuesday.
