"The Originals' season 4 spoilers reveal that there will be a huge time jump and fans will see a grown up Hope. Major plot details for the "Vampire Diaries" spin-off series were also revealed at the San Diego Comic-Con 2016.
Five-Year Time Jump
During the San Diego Comic-Con 2016 panel, "The Originals" season 4 cast happily shared with fans juicy details for the next season. Expect to see a grown-up Hope since the story will be set five years into the future. A short video confirmed the five-year time jump, TV Line reported. Executive producer Michael Narducci reinforced this fact after the teaser video. Hope can barely talk the last time fans saw her. Summer Fontana will portray young Hope.
"The Originals" season 4 spoilers say that Hayley and Hope will be the main focus of the season. Phoebe Tonkin who portrays the Hayley revealed some juicy details too. "Through the events that happened, she created a family on her own with her daughter. I don't think she feels alone - one, because she has five bodies in the back of her car - and because she has a purpose, a family-driven purpose."
Marcel's Revenge & 'Vampire Diaries' Crossover
Meanwhile, Narducci revealed that he doesn't think that Marcel is a real villain despite creating havoc in New Orleans. This could only mean that someone or something may turn Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) around. However, fans will also see another supervillain in "The Originals" season 4. Fans will see Neil Jackson, who will portray Alistair, the vicious vampire.
The five-year time jump will definitely turn the tables for "The Originals" season 4. Given the five-year time jump, there's a great possibility that cast from "Vampire Diaries" may appear for the show. There's also the big question if Hayley finally found the cure. Some fans are also wondering if Tonkin will still reprise her role as Hayley next season. "The Originals" will return to The CW on 2017. Check out the teaser video below.
