"Pokemon GO" when it started had this tracking notification bar on the lower-right part of the screen. It showed how far a Pokemon is by showing 3 feet if it's faraway from you and decrease from 2 feet to 1 foot as you come closer to it. Giving players a treasure seeking adventurer feel towards "Pokemon GO."
"Pokemon GO" Tracker Bar bugs and PokeVision!
After an update for "Pokemon GO," players of the game seemed to have observed a fault or a bug with the "Pokemon GO" tracker bar as all Pokemons are presented with 3 feet. Players and reports have confirmed that this is indeed a bug.
Regardless if the Pokemon is near or far from the "Pokemon GO" trainer, it will show 3 feet and so as a result is the birth of PokeVision. PokeVision is a website that shows where Pokemons are located and how long it will stay there, real time using Google Maps.
But on the most recent update of "Pokemon GO" the tracker bar along with PokeVision are now gone. Here's what PokeVision has to say.
Luckily for "Pokemon GO" players there is PokeTrail
PokeTrail is a mobile friendly web application that is on it's beta testing stage as of the moment. This app just like PokeVision helps "Pokemon GO" players to track real time information of where a certain Pokemon is and the duration of time it will stay there, as well as PokeStops, and PokeGyms.
You can check out an imgur post about Poketrail right here. Stay tuned to Game & Guide for more "Pokemon GO" news!
