Almost all gamers of "Mortal Kombat" were excited and patiently waited for some announcement to be revealed by the game developer NetherRealm Studious about "Mortal Kombat X" DLC, "Kombat Pack 3," at this year's Evolution Championship Series. But at the end of the show many fans were disappointed as no statement had been given about the said game as the company skip "Kombat Pack 3" to focus more on "Injustice 2"
Developer Focusing More On "Injustice 2"
Obviously, the developer is focusing more on "Injustice 2" as they revealed new characters and costumes of the said game. Ed Boon has been more active in sharing news about the studio's upcoming fighting game. In an article by Segment Next, the developer even recently teased which new characters will possibly appear and even revealed that a DLC is already being planned.
No "Mortal Kombat X" On PC
According to Pune Mirror, NetherRealm Studios will no longer supports "Mortal Kombat X" on PC. So for now, gamers who are expecting new packs or DLCs in the future might want to switch on playing with gaming consoles intead.
Plans For SubZero And Tremor
Fans still has no idea as to what kind of news Boon has for "Mortal Kombat" fans, yet many are hoping that it will involve with the upcoming DLC, bringing major changes to two characters. According to Parent Herald, the game designer had posted the results of his question to "Mortal Kombat" fans as to which character needs to have some improvements in the game.
And the results shows that majority voted for SubZero, 35 per cent and Tremor, 31 per cent. The said poll has helped a lot in deciding to which characters would be improved. Aside from the two fighters to be improved, fans are looking forward that Jujin, Sindel and Smoke, which were teased to be included in the "Kombat Pack 2" DLC last March, will finally be included.
