The "Transformers" franchise is a worldwide sensation and is loved by adults and children alike. The upcoming "Transformers 5" may take in new fans and followers in the form of vintage car enthusiasts because it is set to showcase a dramatic and action-packed battle between a Camaro and a Mustang.
According to reports, the cast and crew of "Transformers 5" are already busy with filming the scenes. Daily Mail reports that lead actor Mark Wahlberg, playing Cade Yeager, was already seen filming a full-packed action scene where he has to jump out of a Camaro in ther Michigan location. The yellow Camaro is autobot Bumblebee's alter-ego and considered to be one of the main characters of "Transformers 5."
The seats of the yellow Camaro was obviously modified to be able to cater to the action scenes where lead actor Mark Wahlberg has to navigate some stunts both in and out of the car. Co-stars Laura Haddock and Josh Duhamel were also reportedly seen on a safer location shooting behind a green screen with a gigantic fan.
Although it has a couple of years since the first "Transformers" franchise has been released, fans of the movie will always have a special place in their hearts for the friendship formed by Sam Witwicky, played by Shia LaBeouf, and autobot Bumblebee.
The autobot villain Barricade is also present on the set of "Transformers 5." Barricade is a muscular Ford Mustang and moviegoers will surely be delighted to see an intense fight between Bumblebee and Barricade. "Transformers 5: The Last Knight" has released a short video teaser where the Mustang and Camaro can be seen fighting it out.
It won't be long before the fans of the "Transformers" franchise can see their favorite movie on the big screen again. "Transformers 5: The Last Knight" is set to hit the big screen on June 23, 2017.
