Finn Wolfhard Confirmed For "It" Remake AND "Stranger Things" Season 2?
"Stranger Things" Season 2 probably won't be the same without Finn Wolfhard's Mike Wheeler and Millie Bobby Brown's Eleven. The young actors are already looking forward to the second season. However, that doesn't mean Wolfhard is just waiting for the series to begin production.
Finn Wolfhard has been cast as Richie Tozier in Andres Muschietti's "It", which will also star Bill Skarsgaard as Pennywise the Clown. The connection between Stephen King and "Stranger Things" is not lost to the young actor, who admits he is drawn to creepier projects.
Finn Wolfhard has previously appeared in the "Supernatural" Season 11 episode "Thin Lizzie," which took place in the Lizzie Borden murder house. Talk about creepy.
When Is The "Stranger Things" Season 2 Air Date?
Finn Wolfhard is still working on "It" in Toronto but is already looking forward to returning on the set of "Stranger Things".
"We wanted to live there," Wolfhard admitted to Blackburn News. The young actor also shared that he enjoyed working on a project set in the past.
"The '80s were such a fun time and such a simpler time, in that sense," he said.
"Stranger Things" Season 2 has yet to be confirmed. However, fans are already appealing to Netflix to make sure a new chapter will be made.
