We've hit the fifth chapter of EA's behind the scenes look at the real life tactics of the Tier One operators who are helping to bring authenticity to Medal of Honor: Warfighter. As we've done in the past, there's a transcription below if the voiceover is a little too garbled.
This latest video looks at the Demolitions, responsible for planting and defusing of virtually every known type of explosive, as well as using those same skills to get into and out of any structure.
"Demo guys are a huge asset. Got all your explosive breaching, got your mechanical breaching, got all sorts of ways to get into a house, and they've got all the tools. Absolutely vital. If you're getting into big bunkers, that takes a special skillset. Breaching through a door in a house is pretty simple. If it's a breaching problem and I can't solve or I need somebody else to do so that I can hold security, get a signal to the breacher, breacher can come up, assess the situation, work through it with them. The doors open, I'm kind waiting for the signal to go, and I'll be the first one moving into the building or compound. Climb the ladder, up and over the wall, you name it."
"Demo guys are typically loaded down a little heavier, they carry explosive charges, if need be a sledgehammer, bolt cutters, pry bars, you name it, they've got a little bit of everything. They work the situation out while one man holds security. They've got all the tools and the know-how to get in. Every soldier is trained in breaching, so it's not that difficult, but you got one guy who kinda specializes in it."
