He lowers himself from his hiding space beneath a late 90s sedan, his back touches the concrete. His head is on a swivel; from right to left. He searches for signs of life through the dark. He rises to a crouching position and begins to rush through the empty street like a panther.
He is inaudible and unobtrusive, running across walls and hidden in shadow. He spots his target and quickly readies his blade. Invisibility is the heart of the Ninja. Leave no evidence. Leave no witnesses and kill without remorse.
Team Ninja has unveiled two new portable Ninja Gaiden games during a press conference at the Tokyo Game Show 2012. Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 Plus will be coming to the PlayStation Vita, this will likely be a port of the 2009 PlayStation 3 title Ninja Gaiden Stigma 2.This will not be the first time Ryu Hayabusa has made a stealthy appearance on the Vita. Ninja Gaiden Stigma Plus was a launch title for the portable Vita.
The other new adventure for Ninja Gaiden fans is Ninja Gaiden Clans for iOS. The game will be a 3D action game similar to the Infinity Blade Series, where players swipe the touch screen to attack. Ninja Gaiden Clans will release on Sept. 20, in Japan and an international release will follow soon after.
It looks like would be Ninja will be taking the Dragon Sword with them on the road and hopefully these game will erase some of the bad memories created by Ninja Gaiden 3.
