“Teen Wolf” season 6 is not expected until the fall but the new villains pegged to cause havoc on Beacon Hills have now been revealed.
Show creator Jeff Davis revealed “Ghost Riders” as the new threat for the coming season, meaning Scott McCall (Tyler Posey) will have new adversaries to deal with. After fending off the “Dread Doctors” last time out, he will have to find a way to thwart the evil riding on horses who will take anyone they come across, EW reported.
Mythological Threats
Ghost Riders are said to be part of the Wild Hunt mythology so it will be interesting what kind of terror these new beings will carry. Once “Teen Wolf” season 3 returns, they will prey on both the living and the dead.
While the first thing that comes to mind for most would perhaps be that flaming skull from the Marvel comics “Ghost Rider”, the ones appearing are on horses and take the form of outlaws. Below is a shared tweet on what to expect for “Teen Wolf” season 6.
Further, the Ghost Riders are believed to be tied up to the “Nazi werewolf” which most may have seasoned during the finale of “Teen Wolf” season 5. To refresh, Nazi managed to escape in the final moments of the season finale after being held up in a machine at the Dread Doctor’s Lab.
Dylan O’Brien returns
“Maze Runner” star Dylan O’Brien will be returning on “Teen Wolf” season 6, allegedly a must considering he is hooked up to many mysteries.
Playing the character Stiles Stilinski, season 6 of “Teen Wolf” will show how he is Scott’s best friend. Other than Scott, the coming season is expected to showcase Stiles’ influence on Malia (Shelley Hennig) as well as the real score between him and Lydia (Hollan Roden).
“Teen Wolf” season 6 is expected to return this Fall.
