There are swirling rumors that Jennifer Esposito's character is added to take the place of Tess Monroe on "NCIS" Season 14.
The roles of Tess Monroe and Alex Quinn have great similarities that can be seen on "NCIS" Season 14, according to The Bitbag.
Alex Quinn is also a special agent that will try to impress "NCIS" Season 14 viewers with her wit and beauty.
Tess Monroe, on the other hand, is known for working nicely with her team and for displaying her great personal values and faithfulness to her job. It has been said that all these traits, too, will be seen on Alex Quinn on "NCIS" Season 14.

Meanwhile, the also new addition on “NCIS” Season 14 Wilmer Valderrama teased the possible title of its first episode, as per CarterMatt.
“Hmmmmm I guess someone goes rogue in the season premiere of #NCIS,” Wilmer Valderrama captioned his snap while holding what-seemed-to-be a script for “NCIS” Season 14.
Wilson Valderrama hinted that “NCIS” Season 14’s premiere episode might carry the title “Rouge.” But, this could be also a name of a new character.
Aside from the latest additions, fans will also see the newly regular cast Duane Henry on “NCIS” Season 14 along with the original stars, Mark Harmon, Pauley Perrette, David McCallum and Sean Murray.
Rocky Carroll and Emily Wickersham, too, will be watched on the middle of “NCIS” Season 14. With all these characters it looks like the long-running drama series will feature a combination of new and old plotlines.
“NCIS” Season 14 is set to air on Sept. 20.
