With that, the speculations and assumptions start swirling that fans might see Vanessa Ives (Eva Green) once again on "Penny Dreadful."
The "Penny Dreadful" spin-off, too, if it's real and possible, is expected to answer all the major questions about Vanessa Ives' death from Season 3 finale, "The Blessed Dark."
However, as John Logan and Showtime are not yet announcing any news about a spin-off or a new season of "Penny Dreadful," everything stays as a mere rumor.
John Logan Firm With 'Penny Dreadful' Ending
Moreover, it seems John Logan is not interested at all to create a "Penny Dreadful" spin-off as he is firm that Vanessa Ives' story has already ended, as per Movie News Guide.
He recently explained that the full account of "Penny Dreadful" was only composed of three seasons and a continuation was nearly impossible. The show, too, must not exceed beyond six to seven years.
