Since according to the site that this is a sneak peek from "The Walking Dead" Season 7 premiere, it goes to show that "The Walking Dead" Season 7 very first episode will not beat around the bush and will go straight to the tragic event that everyone has been talking about for months.
If this is the case, then we are definitely going to learn about Negan's victim in "The Walking Dead" Season 7 premiere!
