There's no elaborate introduction, just a hint that "Overwatch' is coming soon on PS4, PC and Xbox One platforms.
According to Gamespot, "Overwatch" is expected to have an introduction at the upcoming Comic Con in San Diego. A Blizzard Panel entitled "Behind the Scenes of Overwatch's Newest Hero" is scheduled to air on the 21st of July. Here, fans will able to see the latest update on the development of the game as well as its final release date.
Technically, the developer will introduce a new hero; something that wasn't given any detail during the process of announcing "Overwatch." All reason for fans to follow Blizzard's panel this July. Meanwhile, RPS may have revealed a little more of the rumored new hero on "Overwatch" saying, the hero is an alleged sniper.
Although Blizzard has not revealed any of the hero's supposed background, it was overly stated that, the sniper might also be a medic named Sombra. The teaser video of "Overwatch" apparently held so many mysterious details on the latest character that fans were able to put two on two details implying that the blurred, hooded character might be Sombra.
And in a twitter post by "Overwatch" it also introduced a new rifle that will be used in the game as well. Along with the blueprint of the rifle is the post that says "[ARCHIVE] Communications Records of Ziegler, A. - Overwatch File 00231 - Security Classification: CONFIDENTIAL."
As for the final design of the rifle and how it is related to the new hero, fans will have to wait until Blizzard held its own prescon.
