“No Man’s Sky” has kept gamers at the edge of their seats and many can’t wait to get their hands on the ambitious and massive space exploration game from Hello Games.
The last time we touched on “No Man’s Sky” was that the release of the game has been pushed back. There is no exact numbers to wait on though there are hopes of a possible July or August release.
While all that is up in the air, there are some who ponder on how massive the game really is. Game Spot tries to make some sense out of it, hitting on the claimed 18 quintillion planets that technically is quite huge.
Despite that wide open space of exploration and possibilities, there is no telling what gamers will stumble across. Regardless of the massive numbers (18,446,744,073,709,551,616), “No Man’s Sky” is bound to have limits and end at some point.
Something that large can only be imagined in a fantasy or game world. And for gamers, most are clueless how one can completely explore every detail ranging from planets and the non-playing characters and creatures they are bound to come across in different worlds.
Chances of seeing other explorers
For “No Man’s Sky” gamers, one thing that they have to be ready for is meeting fellow explorers. To do that, the best bet is to journey towards the center of the universe which is probably what other players have in mind.
Again, and considering the massive world that “No Man’s Sky” explorers will have to go through, timing is another factor. Depending on what gamers prefer, the chances of meeting actual players (good or bad) may not be that high.
The possibilities are endless for “No Man’s Sky” but the fact remains that none of that matters until the game is officially out.
The word out is that “No Man’s Sky” will be out for the PC and the PS4 on August 9. Until that happens keep those thoughts in check.
