‘Bill and Ted 3’ Release Date, News & Update: Third Film Will Have ‘Huge British Feel’! Other Things You Need To Know

“Bill and Ted 3” will be happening and much of that was confirmed no less by veteran actor Keanu Reeves. Known to be a film full of comedy, the third installment will reportedly add some drama when it does debut.

Much of the word surrounding “Bill and Ted 3” was covered already by Kathleen Nava here on Game N Guide in a previous post a couple of days ago. Keanu Reeves came forward to tease parts of the said film, something that will happen 25 years later.

Reeves will be joined once more by original “Bill and Ted” partner Alex Winter, both who have kept in touch. That alone should account for easier transition once production starts for “Bill and Ted 3”.

The script for “Bill and Ted 3” is already finished according to Winter as reported through Forbes so it all boils down to when production can start. Ed Solomon and Chris Matheson were the ones behind it, the original writers from previous “Bill and Ted” movies.

Though there is no word on what the script will call for, “The Wyld Stallions” next adventure will reportedly be set in the UK, Metro UK reports.

“The script is already written for the third film and much of it is set in the UK,” according to an article from the Sun back in April. “The whole film is going to have a huge British feel”.

From the looks of it, “Bill” and “Ted” will once again be time traveling and may eventually come across historical figures such as Queen Elizabeth or even Winston Churchill.

Aside from that, it may be the ‘drama’ part that could be interesting to check out. With both main stars likely portraying their older selves, their respective families will likely be involved. Could this be the twist somewhere in the film? Or will it be towards the end which could see both seeing their adventuring come to an end?
