It doesn't matter that Kal-El was supposedly killed by Doomsday in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice". The world already knows that Superman will return in the DC Extended Universe flick "Justice League" next year.
But what will the Man of Steel look like when he makes his major big screen comeback in "Justice League"? A little like Wolverine, if a new fan art can be trusted!

There have been rumors that Henry Cavill's Superman will be getting a major makeover in "Justice League". Unfortunately, the actor was nowhere to be found when the press was invited on the set of the Zack Snyder film (via ComicBookMovie).
The always reliable Zack Snyder also teased that Supes will be sporting longer hair in "Justice League" so what will Superman look like when he returns?
OK, so Superman doesn't look anything like Wolverine, but those mutton chops look like they were inspired by the adamantium-clawed mutant.
Why Is Superman Wearing A Black Suit In The 'Justice League' Fan Art?
Dark things could happen in "Justice League," which means that Supes might not be the same Kal-El that was introduced in "Man of Steel" and "Batman v Superman."
Is it time for an evil Superman who could turn against the Justice League? Oooh, that's dark. Perhaps it's a good thing that "Justice League" will feature the comic relief of Ezra Miller's The Flash.
"Justice League" also stars Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne, Gal Gadot as Diana Prince, Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry and Ray Fisher as Victor Stone. And yes, Henry Cavill will return as Clark Kent, evil or not.
The film will hit theaters on Nov. 17, 2017.
