The "Kingdom Hearts 3" co-director explained that "Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue" is the key in understanding the storyline of "Kingdom Hearts 3."
This means that you will only be able to comprehend "Kingdom Hearts 3" if you have already played "Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue" because the latter will help you learn Aqua's background.
If you will now know anything about Aqua's sorrow and torment" in "Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue," you will not be able to attach yourself to the character when you finally get your hands on the much awaited "Kingdom Hearts 3."

The "Kingdom Hearts 3" co-director Tai Yasue revealed that "Kingdom Hearts 3" will have a little twist when it comes to the game's worlds.
Normally, the Kingdom Hearts franchise features the "Final Fantasy " worlds, this time though "Kingdom Hearts 3" will focus on the popular Disney worlds.
Reports already confirmed that "Tangled," "Hercules," "Mysterious Tower" and "Big Hero 6" are confirmed to be part of the worlds in "Kingdom Hearts 3."
With the popularity of "Zootopia," "Toy Story," "Star Wars" and "Frozen," it is rumored that these worlds will be included in "Kingdom Hearts 3."
Master Herald reports that "it is likely that 'Kingdom Hearts 3' would come out before March 10, 2017."
