These demonic possessions started during his childhood, The Bitbag reported. This prompted Kyle to seek help from Reverend Anderson to fight off the demons. In last week's episode, viewers were shown just how twisted Barnes' past had been.
The second episode in "Outcast" revealed that Kyle wasn't the only one who had demonic possessions. His mother also suffered the same. That explained the violence and horrific experience he had with his mother while he was growing up.
