As the last episode of "The Walking Dead" Season 6 left its viewers with a major cliffhanger, the upcoming Season 7 is very much anticipated. In fact, Norman Reedus, who got famous for his role as the badass Darry Dixon, said the new chapter is "worth the wait."
"People want instant gratification, I get it," Norman Reedus told Wall Street Journal. "But it will pay off when season 7 starts, without a doubt."
Norman Reedus assured "The Walking Dead" fans that the start of the seventh season will surely relieve the long wait.
"It's completely different," the 47-year-old actor added. "It's totally insane in a great way."
In a different interview, Norman Reedus revealed to Entertainment Tonight that "The Walking Dead" Season 7 will be "mind-blowing."
"There's death of friends and death of each other and it's kind of hard to talk about, you know?" he teased.
However, Norman Reedus warned "The Walking Dead" viewers that the upcoming Season 7 will never allow them to feel nice or good about the show.
In fact, he funnily said that "The Walking Dead" Season 7 might affect their emotional state that can lead to violent reactions.
"It will definitely be emotional," "The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day" star asserted. "Things will be broken in their homes."
Meanwhile, Norman Reedus landed a new TV series for AMC titled, "The Ride With Norman Reedus." It will be a six-episode program that will start on June 12 at 10 p.m, as per Radio and TV Talk.
The AMC producer, Joel Stillerman, wanted to make Norman Reedus to be known outside "The Walking Dead and so, he offered him to travel around the country while riding a motorcycle.
Of course, Norman Reedus quickly said "yes" numerous times before Stillerman changes his mind as "Air" lead star is a self-confessed motorcycle enthusiast.
Also, here, people will get to see Norman Reedus' real personality, which is far from the serious guy the viewers used to see on "The Walking Dead."
