The new “Surgeon Simulator” Donald Trump DLC is now out, allowing players to give the presidential bet a makeover. The new add-on, titled “Inside Donald Trump,” has been a hit since it first went live.
The Surgeon Simulator Donald Trump DLC officially became available on June 2, 2016. Almost 80,000 surgeries on the republican have been done since the update launched, although the success rate of the operations was under 25 percent. Over 10,000 players gave Trump a heart of stone, while over 7,000 players gave the billionaire a gold heart. So far, the in-game cost of surgeries already totaled over $46 billion.
The 2013 game “Surgeon Simulator” is situated inside an operating room, while the Donald Trump DLC makes things more interesting by putting the presidential candidate on the surgery table. Players get to perform a meticulous heart transplant surgery on the real estate mogul using a variety of unique items. Players who register to Club Bossa on the company website can also avail of a makeup kit.
TheNextWeb wrote that in the Surgeon Simulator Donald Trump DLC, players are required to choose whether they will grant the celebrity patient a heart of gold or stone during surgery. The results will be featured on a live tracker. Since the update launched, more players seemed to prefer giving Trump a heart of stone, which may also reflect how they feel towards him. One of the main objectives of the game is to ensure that the patient survives the entire operation.
Henrique Olifiers, co-founder of Bossa Studios, said that they featured the “Surgeon Simulator” Donald Trump DLC as a way to thank their fans. He continued that the team are already excited on how players will choose to operate the presidential candidate.
Everyone who owns “Surgeon Simulator: Anniversary Edition” can avail of the Donald Trump DLC for free. Those who own the 2013 version of “Surgeon Simulator” can get the DLC for only $0.60. The discounted price will be available only for a limited period of time, however. The 2013 game and Anniversary Edition are now on sale on Steam.
GameSpot cited Bossa Studios, game developer of “Surgeon Simulator” and the Donald Trump DLC, in stating that they have no plans to feature the new content to PlayStation 4. This means that the update will only be available to the PC version of the game in the meantime.
More news on “Surgeon Simulator” Donald Trump DLC are expected soon.
