'Red Dead Redemption 2' to have bigger map
A photo of what seems to be the map for "Red Dead Redemption 2" circulated online. It was rumored to have been posted first in Neogaf. The leaked photo or image of the map shows that it will be larger than "Red Redemption 1."
It is also hinted that it could be a prequel instead of what people as expecting to being a continuation of the story line in the first installment. The leaked image was confirmed to be authentic and is the real deal by an unnamed reliable source, as reported by Techno Radar.
'Red Dead Redemption 2' official release date & update
If Rockstar Games would religiously follow their release pattern or history, one could observe that it releases a new installment for the game specifically the "Red Dead Redemption" franchise every six years. And as what Take Two CEO Strauss Zelnick said, "Red Dead Redemption" is a permanent franchise. So, we can for sure expect that a third installment is coming soon.
Maybe even sooner than what we expect. Like what have been stated earlier, if the "Red Dead" franchise will follow its release pattern, then we can expect a new installment for this year to be released. The very first "Red Dead Revolver" was released back in 2004, then the follow up "Red Dead Redemption" was released in 2010.
