Kotaku reports that the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 international trailer listed that the game will be available in PS4, Xbox One and PC. However, Famitso pointed out that the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Japanese trailer cited that it will only be available for PS4 in Japan. Kotaku contacted Namco Bandai regarding this matter but the company has not yet confirmed nor denied this issue.
One thing to point out is that the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 international mentioned only three platforms, but last time when Dragon Ball was first announced, they only said PS4 and then later they revealed that it will come to Xbox as well, and Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. So it's too early to tell whether or not Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is exclusive to current gen only.
